Facilities: The Carolina Country Club is a private, full-service country club established in 1984 located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The facility includes an 18-hole golf course, 10 tennis courts, swimming pool and an additional banquet facility in addition to the 16,000 square foot clubhouse. The club is located within a gated community and has more than 450 total members. The Carolina Country Club is one of the host clubs for the Nationwide PGA Tour's BMW Charity Pro Am. www.thecarolinacountryclub.com

Position Description: Executive Chef/Director of F&B is responsible for delivering the expected Member experience and meeting/exceeding established performance metrics by operating all F&B outlets/ functions according to Club policies and procedures. He reports directly to the General Manager to achieve short-term objectives and ensure the long-term viability of the Club.

Minimum Education Level
Bachelor??s degree, preferably in business or hospitality management
Culinary degree and or extensive experience in upscale Food & Beverage establishment

Prior experience as executive, sous chef or working chef.
Minimum of 3 years Food and Beverage management experience with responsibility for departmental P/L, revenues of $1+ million and 10+ employees
Golf, hospitality and/or service industry experience highly preferred
Golf, hospitality and/or consumer goods experience highly preferred
